Perfect Course for those interested in taking their flat water or tripping skills to the next level. Learning to paddle rivers opens up a whole new world to wilderness travellers.
This course will offer both Paddle Canada and ORCKA certification and take place in Elora Ontario (about 1 hour West of Toronto).
It is two days - May 28th and 29th 2016 from 9-5pm each day
Participants should be confident flat water paddlers and will need to bring a PFD, helmet, paddle, wetsuit, and throw rope with them. You do not need a paddling partner for this course (I will provide one if you don't have one), but we will need to make sure we have enough boats with proper floatation for everyone.
Cost- $90 before April 30th $120 after
When you register you will get a detailed kit list and directions to the course.
Looking forward to paddling with you!

If anyone is interested in purchasing two pakcanoes (17') with spray skirts (currently brand new, available in Winnipeg in early August after a trip down the Kazan)
please let me know.
They are jointly owned so 8 owners will have to agree. Make an offer and I'll pass it on.
I'll be driving West after returning to Winnipeg so could drop them off anywhere not too far off the route between Winnipeg and Taber, Alberta.
